Your Big Year’s CareerReady Connect is more than a training program. It is an interactive journey designed with young people, for young people. Whether you’re in high school, University, just starting your career, or figuring out your next steps, this program helps you bridge the gap between what you’ve learned in class and what the world needs from you.
Through interactive workshops, a digital learning platform, coaching and global peer collaboration, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to design your own path forward.

By the end of the program, you’ll have a clear, personalized Action Plan to guide your next move—whether that means launching a new project, kickstarting your career, or creating change in your community.
You’ll also gain a global network of like-minded peers, new skills, and the confidence to turn your goals into action—making this ‘Your Big Year’.
Participation in the program is free and sponsored by Universities and international education programs.
Your Big Year® provides 50 fully-funded scholarship spots per academic semester.
