YOUR BIG YEAR is the first stop for young people between academia and career providing unique training and community support that changes their trajectory. Working in collaboration with both education institutions and companies, our all-in-one mobile training platform equips students with the critical skills employers demand.

Our two learning courses target different areas for student success:

CareerReady Connect course: aimed at students or recent grads, our training teaches power skills to young people entering the workplace.

Your Big Year® launch course: aimed at students in social impact or international education programs, our training helps enhance how they can make an impact and translates their abroad experience to how they approach their career.

The programs are structured around seven modules that guide students from personal development to concrete career steps.

Our trainings are an interactive journey designed with young people, for young people. Each program is accessible through an interactive mobile platform.

Additional Interactive Features

Participants are drawn to our platform due to the activities, content and most importantly, the community support. The content and tool, not only targets areas of need for the participant, but also provides coaching and peers support.

Institutions and groups can create their own section and have access to post their own announcements, track participant progress and engagement as well as provide their own targeted curriculum.
