The Your Big Year® Fellowship is a fully-funded program for self-motivated young people who want direction, not just experience. Over the course of the fellowship, you'll work through a hands-on curriculum, get matched with a coach, and join a global community of peers doing the same work alongside you.
It's less a lecture series, more a bridge from wherever you are now to whatever you're building next.

Find your impact space using the SDG framework to build an impactful career and life.
Explore how to connect your skills and experience with your professional goals to find your path forward.
What you will gain:
By the end of the program, you’ll have a clear, personalized action plan to guide your next move, whether that means launching a new project, kickstarting your career, or creating change in your community.
You’ll also gain a global network of like-minded peers, new skills, and the confidence to turn your goals into action, making this ‘Your Big Year’.

We seek self-motivated, participants from diverse backgrounds who bring passion, energy and a desire to learn to everything they do. While we don’t measure people by traditional credentials, we are seeking individuals that:
