1. Introduction
The following terms & conditions (“Campus Connect Agreement”) govern your participation in the AI Campus Connect with IBM SkillsBuild Program (“Campus Connect Program”) and your use of the Campus Connect Program’s mobile and web-based platform (“Platform”).
The Campus Connect Program is facilitated by Your Big Year®, a student leadership and youth development program owned and operated by International Connector LLC (United States) and International Connector B.V. (The Netherlands) (together, “International Connector”, “Manager”, “we”, “us”), in partnership with IBM SkillsBuild (“Partner” or “IBM”).
By registering for or participating in the Campus Connect Program, or by using the Platform, you agree to this Campus Connect Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Campus Connect Program or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Campus Connect Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age as of the first day of the relevant academic semester
Be a current student at a U.S.-based university or college with a valid university email address
Be a legal resident of the United States
Register on the IBM SkillsBuild platform and begin or complete the Getting Started with Artificial Intelligence badge
Register for the Campus Connect Program through the designated entry process on the Platform
International Connector and IBM may, at their sole discretion, remove any participant found in violation of these Terms or eligibility requirements. Each participant will only be eligible to register for the Campus Connect Program once.
2.1 International & Data Protection Notice
While the Campus Connect Program is intended for U.S.-based participants, International Connector operates internationally. Where personal data of individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA) is processed, such processing will be carried out in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as described in Section 6.
3. Program Access & Features
The Platform provides participants with access to:
Tools to set and track progress goals
Learning resources, virtual support sessions, and Program updates
Peer and mentor networking
Submission of badge links for rewards eligibility
Community discussions and exclusive opportunities
There is no cost to participate. Standard mobile and internet provider charges may apply.
3.1 Educational Nature of the Program
The Campus Connect Program is educational in nature and designed to support learning, skill development, and career readiness.
Participation does not guarantee employment, internships, income, job placement, or any specific career outcome. Outcomes depend on individual effort and external factors beyond the control of International Connector or IBM.
Registration to the YBY Mobile Platform will automatically subscribe users to AI Campus Connect weekly newsletter via the email they registered with. Recipients of the weekly newsletter can unsubscribe at any time.
3.2 Rewards Draw Schedule Fall 2026
The Program will conduct promotional rewards drawings during the Fall 2026 academic semester in connection with the AI Campus Connect program (the “Promotion”). The Promotion will consist of multiple independent rewards drawings held during the months listed below. Each drawing will award the rewards specified for that month.
3.3 AI Accelerator Fall 2026
The Program will conduct a promotional rewards program during the Fall 2026 period in connection with the AI Accelerator Certificate. The AI Accelerator constitutes a single, independent rewards program separate from any previous 2026 drawings.
How to Enter
To be eligible for the AI Accelerator reward, a participant must:
Be a current student at a US college or university;
Register with their university email at yourbigyear.com/ai-campus-connect and set up a profile on the AI Campus Connect platform;
Complete all IBM SkillsBuild micro-credentials offered through the AI Accelerator;
Attend at least one Tech Talk as detailed in the AI accelerator instructions;
Submit proof of completed badge credentials through the Platform during the applicable entry period before December 14, 2026.
Rewards Schedule:
September 2026: One (1) reward of the recipient’s choice based on available options provided by AI Accelerator with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100 USD.
October 2026: One (1) reward of the recipient’s choice based on available options provided by AI Accelerator with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100 USD.
November 2026: One (1) reward of the recipient’s choice based on available options provided by AI Accelerator with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100 USD.
December 2026: One (1) reward with an ARV of $1000 USD.
A separate Rewards Program will be held for participants of the Refer A Friend Program as detailed in the Program Platform.
Students who refer the most students before December 14, 2026 will receive the following rewards:
Refer 50 students: Earn $50 USD
Refer 100 students: Earn $100 USD
The total ARV of all rewards awarded during the Fall 2026 semester is $2,300 USD.
Each monthly drawing constitutes a separate rewards drawing. Eligible entries of a successfully submitted IBM SkillsBuild credential to the AI Campus Connect mobile platform during the applicable monthly entry period will be included only in that month’s drawing and will not roll over to subsequent drawings. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each respective drawing.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning. Rewards are non-transferable and no substitution, cash equivalent, or rewards exchange is permitted except at the Program’s sole discretion, where allowed by law.
All rewards drawings will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Additional eligibility requirements, entry methods, drawing dates, winner notification procedures, and general conditions are set forth elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions. Your Big Year® reserves the right to amend these terms at any time for any reason.

Participants who successfully complete all required elements of the AI Accelerator will earn an industry-recognized certificate shareable on LinkedIn, in addition to being eligible for the rewards drawing.
All drawings will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Your Big Year® reserves the right to amend these terms at any time for any reason.
Winners of the AI Accelerator will be announced within 2 weeks of program completion, and selected winners must confirm eligibility to receive reward via email. If confirmation is not received within 72 hours the reward will be forfeited to the next eligible participant.
Rewards do not include any taxes or fees which may be assessed on the value of the rewards won by the participant. By accepting a reward, each winner agrees to be responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the acceptance and use of the reward(s).
4. User Accounts & Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account
Notify International Connector immediately of any unauthorized use
International Connector reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations of these Terms.
5. Code of Conduct
You agree to:
Treat peers, mentors, instructors, and administrators with respect
Not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or offensive behavior
Not impersonate others or falsify information
Not engage in cheating or academic dishonesty
Not upload or distribute harmful, illegal, or malicious content
Use the Platform only for personal, educational, and Program-related purposes
5.1 Community Moderation & Safeguarding
International Connector may monitor, review, and moderate user activity to maintain a safe and respectful environment
Users may report inappropriate behavior through Platform tools or by contacting the Campus Connect Program team
Reported content may be reviewed and removed at the Manager’s discretion
Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or removal from the Campus Connect Program (or other Manager Programs and/or Promotions) and loss of eligibility for rewards
Moderation decisions are made in good faith for safeguarding, community protection, and Program integrity purposes, and are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance
International Connector processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
6.1 Personal Data We Collect
We may collect:
Name, email address, phone number
University affiliation and eligibility confirmation
Educational submissions, progress, and badge information
Platform usage data
Messages sent through the Platform
6.2 Purpose of Processing
Data is processed for:
Administering and delivering the Campus Connect Program
Monitoring participation and learning progress
Communication, support, and safeguarding
Rewards eligibility and verification
Legal and regulatory compliance
6.3 Legal Basis (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, processing is based on:
Participant consent
Performance of the Campus Connect Program
Legitimate educational and operational interests
Compliance with legal obligations
6.4 Data Sharing & Transfers
Personal data is not sold
Data may be shared with trusted service providers strictly for operating the Platform, under appropriate data processing agreements
Data may be transferred internationally, including outside the United States and EEA, using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, where required
Participation in IBM SkillsBuild is subject to IBM’s applicable privacy notices and terms for those services
6.5 Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the Campus Connect Program delivery, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
6.6 Participant Rights
Where applicable, you have the right to:
Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion
Restrict or object to processing
Data portability, where applicable
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

7. License, Media Release & User Content
By participating, you grant International Connector and IBM a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your submitted content, name, and likeness for Campus Connect Program-related communications, reporting, evaluation, and promotion, in any media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Where required by applicable law (including GDPR), you may withdraw consent for promotional use of name or likeness by contacting International Connector, without affecting continued participation in the Program.
You retain ownership of your content.
7.1 Intellectual Property & AI Use Restrictions
All Platform technology, Program materials, curriculum, and branding (including Your Big Year®) are the exclusive property of International Connector
All IBM SkillsBuild content, trademarks, badges, and logos remain the exclusive property of IBM or its licensors
Participants may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or reverse engineer the Campus Connect Program, or any other Program, Platform, or other Manager and/or Partner materials
Use the Campus Connect Program, or any other Program, Platform, or other Manager and/or Partner materials to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems
Use the Campus Connect Program, or any other Program, Platform, or other Manager and/or Partner branding, badges, or content outside the scope of the Program
Commercially exploit any Campus Connect Program, or any other Program, Platform, or other Manager and/or Partner materials
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform to:
Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial activities
Harvest personal information of others
Interfere with or disrupt Platform operations
Upload advertisements or solicitations unrelated to the Campus Connect Program
9. Program Changes
If the Campus Connect Program or Platform operation is impaired (including fraud, virus, or technical issues), International Connector may suspend, modify, or cancel the Campus Connect Program. Participants who tamper with processes or violate this Campus Connect Agreement may be disqualified.
10. Incorporation
This Campus Connect Agreement hereby incorporates by reference the following terms and conditions set forth in the Website and Program’s Official Rules: (a) Limitation of Liability; (b) Indemnification; (c) Governing Law, Mandatory Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver; (d) Severability; (e); General Conditions, and shall be deemed to include the Campus Connect Program in place of the “Program”, where necessary to effectuate the incorporation of such terms.
11. Amendments
International Connector may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Campus Connect Program or use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Entire Agreement
This Campus Connect Agreement, together with the Official Rules, Privacy Policy and any Program-specific guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between participants and the Manager regarding the Ambassador Program.
