WOO Your CITY
To be a successful entrant your mission is to produce a video selling the merits of your home town or city! It will then be your aim to gain support from your network and get as many people to vote for you as possible.
Please make a note of the following key dates:
19th September 2010 at 23:59 GMT: By this time and date you must have posted your video to You Tube and submitted your embedded code in Your Big Year account/profile.
20th September 2010 until 29th September 2010: We will upload your videos to Facebook. It is then your job to gather as many people as possible to view and vote ('like') for your video on the poll, voting will close 17:00GMT and votes will be verified by the Your Big Year team.
The winners will be the two videos with the most Facebook likes (in OUR Facebook page only), and a third finalist/winner will be named by our independent judging panel.
30th September 2010: The winners of Pitch Your Place will be announced and their place in our 24 finalists will be official!
